Hello, i ate some vegetables after the nap of midnight i can say that's i was better than the other nights. i had some good amount of energy until 3 - 4 hours. But i experienced something very bad and which changed my schedule and made me miss a nap and overslept on another one :(. I was sit on my armchair with my right feet under my coccyx and i did some micro naps of some minutes while i was waiting for the 4 nap. It was like near 3:50 and i waked up near 4 i had a really bad hache on my testicules due of the sitting on my feet. So i couldn't go to pee ahah ! and couldn't lie myself on the back so i didn't sleep the nap. It was not so tricky cause i slept on the micro nap just before. But the thing is that i was fighting hard while waiting for the nap of 8. I slept my 26 mn and the alarm clock buzzed i woke up and turned it down maybe because i was hungry of my before missing nap and slept until 10. So i think i'll continue the schelude and hope it didn't have slowed very much the adaption of this one.

Je n'arrive pas à mettre la main sur ton adresse email, d'où ma réponse à ta question sur ce post :-)
J'ai utilisé de la farine de sarrasin bio (celnat), il ne faut surtout pas utiliser celle que l'on trouve en supermarché car sa texture ne convient pas. Par ailleurs petit détail important je conserve ma purée d'amande au frigo ;-) certains commentaires précisent que la pâte est trop liquide... j'ai mis du temps à comprendre d'où venait le problème :-)
